We reserve the right to change any part of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.


All designs belong to KPink. Each design is personalied to suit your prompted requirements, therefore creating zero margin for error. You must check all aspects of the design before confirmation. No proofs can be sent. KPink Bags will not accept any responsibility for mistakes (mis-spelling, wrong options chosen by customer, pelling mistakes)  after this process. Printing colours may differ slightly from that shown on your device screen. 

When selecting your options on sublimated items please be aware that hair colours can NOT be changed to anything other than shown on the website. We can not add other colours such as Highlights, coloured streaks and coloured fringes etc.


Each order must be paid in FULL before the product is shipped. This includes payment for shipping. Refunds will only be accepted for lost or damaged items, limited to broken glass, scratched glass, broken mugs, phone cases. No refunds will be given for printed spelling mistakes or slight mismatch in printed colours. If a refund is agreed, KPink Bags will cover the cost via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded. 


All KPink items are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded, unless arranged with customer.  Once your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class we advise 3-5 working days for your item to arrive, Items can sometimes be delayed in transit due to public holidays or weekends. Although great care is taken during the packaging process to prevent breakages, these are sometimes unavoidable. In some cases Royal Mail do take longer to deliver parcels, please allow 10 working days till you report a lost item.  In these rare cases, once the 10 working days has passed and your parcel still hasn't arrived Royal Mail will issue it as lost and we can send a new order.

Please be aware Royal Mail keep all parcels for 18 calender days before returning them to myself. If an item is not collected in that time and a redelivery is needed there will be a charge for delivery as the parcel has already been sent once by myself. All returned parcels have to be completely repackaged due to Royal Mail marking each side of the parcel.


Every effort is made to get you ritems to you ASAP however we have standard dispatch times on ALL orders. These dispatch times do NOT INCLUDE IN THE DAY YOUR ORDER.

Sublimated items 12 WORKING DAYS to dispatch.

Jute Bags 20 WORKING DAY to dispatch.

These dispatch times are in place as each KPink item is hand made by myself ONLY. Each item is designed,mocked up, printed/hand painted int he swifest method we can. When ordering please be aware that you are agreeing to these timescales by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Under certain circumstances, we may agree to get your item to you by a certain date. This must be pre-arranged prior to your order, otherwise, we may not be able to fulfill your deadline.


On 17th July 2018 we welcomed a beautiful Baby Girl into our lives and named her Alice. I will return to processing orders from 5th September 2018 but please allow for the FULL DISPATCH TIME of your item. All dispatch times are stated in the description of each item, in an image of every item, on my website front page my social media aswell as my Terms and Conditions and delivery information. I am unable to return full time just yet so my working hours are limited, I am also taking some time to get to know my little lady at home.

This years CHRISTMAS DEADLINE will be 2nd DECEMBER 2018. Any orders placed AFTER this date will NOT be procesed until 2019. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions when you order you are agreeing to these timescales. Please do not order if your item is needed before the dispatch time as I can not guarantee to get it to you. Thank You for your patience at this important time for us.

The deadline date is advertised in EVERY listing on the website TWICE, once in the decription and once in the images. It's also on the front of the website, in my delivery information and my Terms and Conditions. As well as this it will be advertised throughout the year on all my social media. Please be aware that when you place an order you have to agree to the Terms and Conditions to process the order, by doing so you are agreeing to these timescales and deadlines.



Each KPink Jute Bag is hand drawn and painted by myself. Due to the amount received I am unable to send proofs of them before hand. Please ensure you enter as much details as possible for me to work with. No refunds will be given on Jute Bags due to the nature of personalisation.



Please be aware that at certain times of the year we may lengthen out dispatch times. Notice will be given if this is needed and will be advertised on Facebook, Insatgram, Twitter and the website.
