Delivery Information

Please be aware that ALL KPink jute bags take 10 WORKING DAYS to dispatch. All KPink jute bags are hand drawn and painted with many hours spent on each to get all the details just right for you. I’m very fussy about the details on all the bags I create so none are sent out until I am happy with them. At busy times such as Christmas there may be extended dispatch times dispatch times on orders due the amount of orders I receive. Deadline dates for these busy times are always advertised well in advance.

Please be aware that postage addresses will NOT be changed once we’ve received your order so if you need to dispatch it to a different address please do so when placing you order.

All items are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail which once dispatched take an estimated 2-5 working days to arrive. If you are not at the address when Royal Mail attempt delivery a card will be left for you to collect from your local depot. Please be aware Royal Mail keep all parcels for 18 calendar days before returning them to myself. If an item is not collected in that time and a re-delivery is needed. There will be a charge for a re-delivery as the parcel has already been sent once by myself. All returned parcels have to be completely repackaged due to Royal Mail marking each side of the parcel.

At busy times for Royal Mail or adverse weather conditions some parcels can take up to 10 working days to arrive. This is out of our control as once the parcel leaves us it becomes the property of Royal Mail. In these rare cases, once the 10 working days has passed and your parcel still hasn’t arrived Royal Mail will issue it as lost and we can send a new order or refund.

KPink is a small, family run business which I run around my daughters school life. At times I may not be available to answer messages, emails etc straight away. Please bare with me, especially at busy times such as Christmas where replies may take longer.
